Teresa "Gigi" Gleason

I'm "Gigi", a Grandma to five adorable babes, Mother of four wonderful children and wife to my handsome husband, Stevie. Becoming a Grandmother has, without a doubt, changed my life and perspective on many things.  My pass[on for my faith, health, nutrition, sewing, and most importantly my family, is only increasing year after year. This is why my website/blog is so full of many wonderful things- I just can’t decide what I love the most, so I do it all!

I have been in the fitness industry for well over 30 years, as a regional fitness director, certified Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Therapist.   My career in the fitness industry has awarded me regional instructor of the year, a regular participant as a television fitness model for a national fitness center chain, and have given me the opportunity to design and teach the first group exercise training program for instructors. Later down the road Stevie and I opened our own fitness studio for several years where we fell in love with designing our own programs, teaching to wonderful peeps, and building relationships through nutrition and fitness. My true love is researching, teaching nutrition and watching people get a thrill out of improving their health & fitness levels.  I am proudly 57 years of age and wholeheartedly believe, and see everyday with many of my clients, that health & fitness can be attained at any age.   I am the creator of the Fit & Fierce 4 Life Program- a fitness and nutrition program- that has changed many lives here in Texas and around the globe. I am currently in process of designing a new exercise and fitness program for women over the young age of 40.

My other passions are designing and sewing traditional children’s clothing. I have a successful Etsy shop and have my products listed here in my shop. I also love to make EVERYTHING myself. From gardening, fermenting, baking, cooking, all the way to my own skin care products. I am stubborn about what goes into and on my body. You can also find my recipes, and skin care products here in my shop.
